    • As you have probably heard from caterers by now, hors-doerves are very labor intensive and super expensive. So many caterers buy some of the "traditional" fare at food wholesalers like this place.  Then they are just re-heated for about 15 minutes and served by the caterer and they charge you a markup. 

    • appetizerstogo.com sells the same hors-doerves that you see in fancy catered weddings - the caterers and "WHITE TABLECLOTH" (READ EXPENSIVE) restaurants & hotels frequently buy from these guys and now they are selling to the general public.  (if you read the reviews you might recognize some restaurant and hotel names to get an idea of the quality) I was at an expensive country club wedding last year and recognized them using this exact company - I am super food fussy - especially when food is done in quantity, and I thought they were very, very good.
